I was also a little confuse at first but then I realised that the first paragraph is what CR originally wrote back on the 27/9/18, when this thread was started & the NEA sp was at $1.71. In hindsight CR was almost spot on in his prediction because the NEA went as low as $1.22

The second paragraph is what CR is now predicting today since a “flipped” charting pattern is detected, but whereas on 27/9/18 the pattern predicted a bearish outcome, this new “flipped” pattern is predicting a bullish outcome. And if the sp can close above $1.55 with good volume and assuming a similar time scale then perhaps around late December or early January 2019 we will see the sp pushing near $1.94 again.
