Yeah Doc, you'd think that * and Treadgold would have got that right, but just the same, as you say, it was probably PR. And *'s free, so they publish a lot of off-the-cuff PR articles, but some of the stats they provide are good at times, and appreciated (when they get them right).

As for the capital raising, now let me get this right - the EMR directors wish to purchase $12 million dollars of stock, is this correct ?

I've not heard of this level of purchasing by directors in a small cap stock before, it's a huge amount.

Some of these directors were building Regis Gold for many years, and so I'm assuming by this level of investment in EMR, they intend to build another mining house, otherwise why commit such large amounts of personal finance themselves. They must be very confident, and I like that, so I'll go with them for the next 2 or more years and see this mine build and operating, and probably a JV and another mine as well. Cambodia could open right up, or it could go the other way, but I'm sure it will have it's ups and downs along the journey. Political stability will be a factor, however it is achieved.

The DFS numbers looked very good, and the tax regime also seems encouraging. Relations with the locals will be important, and there are a lot of artisanal miners not doing things particularly safely up there in Cambodia. Hopefully EMR can employ many of them.

I will take up my allotment under the capital raising.
