Given that the AGM is still about six months away, people on this forum need to get on the programme and collectivise the idea and ensure that all GRR holders on Hot Copper talk about and vote against the Remuneration Report.

It may not achieve the goal of getting the Board and management focused on the share price or total shareholder returns, but it will make them think about their jobs.

The Board should have at least one if not two representatives on the non-Chinese major shareholders because the current "independents" are not doing their job.

Will have to start a new thread on this early next year so that its a hot thread when shareholders are getting their AGM paperwork.

Perhaps we need to collect some funds from Hot Copperites and get a copy of the share register, and actually do a mail out to shareholders.
