Another option would be for all of the non-aligned shareholders to vote against the Remuneration Report at the AGM.
After two consecutive years of negative votes, a Board Spill is automatically triggered.
Then shareholders might get some action from the Board.
I would urge all holders to vote against the Remuneration report.
