I do hold a few TIM ..but a tiny parcel , not worth worrying about , the remains of a previous holding .
Just my opinion , but I see major problems ..particularly % age defaults with regard to " professional " investors .
The industry is not travelling so well , some poor returns from projects ( speaking generally ) if sentimaite were not to improve and defaults were to continue to rise ( likely) while revenue streams dryed up ..OUCH .
At the end of the day ..Its the project returns that are the major factor , plus of course the tax rulings on MIS outside of timber products.
