My estimate is that in excess of 85 million of the approximately 111 million shares are tightly held. There could be more. This fact will make it challenging for investors to buy shares. The rebel shareholders have sold out - their agenda failed - and we now have even more shares in the hands on long term holders. Accumulating shares in Nusep will be extremely difficult. I have not seen Goodall or Manusu sell any shares.
