Yes Tiger has problems. They have been profitable in asia.
But not in Australia.

The whole outfit is a bit cowboy, which suits Asia.
If they don't recover strongly within 12 months, financial sense will probably see them withdraw from the Australian Market. At the moment Tiger is happy to burn a small amount of their millions in profit in Australia for a longer term goal.

Personally think the airline is total crap, but reality is they are happy to burn a relatively small amount of money for long term growth...
