Leases are divided into 4 segments a-d, last year only c and d offered. Remember donkel bid against us on all the yukon leases, if a and b had been available then they would have them now. For whatever reason the two blocks became available this year and we had a competitor (not Donkel).
both original bidders have been invited to resubmit bids and these will be opened on 3rd January, 2019.
check DOG sales tractmap 2017, it clearly shows the tract that was unavailable.
