Last year 2017w document shows Regenerates bid on nso743 was $68.54 per ac and won from Cadel and Samual. For what ever reason Regenerate didnt go ahead with the purchase.

This season Regenerate decided to go again with a lower bid of $26.11for same block which is a lot lower offer than previous year. Langiapple put in the same bid.

One could draw any number of conclusions why Regenerate didnt go ahead with the 2017 buy, ( the area may for all i know be the breeding ground for a endangered purple faced people eater )...so i shant speculate the reason. Langiapple saw a oportunity to bid and did. We will await the outcome , i for 1 dont think it a big deal
