It should hopefully get started properly moving up, anytime between now and 2 months.

A few factors depend on when it starts, one of those is how bullish the next few CPV updates are. They have had meetings with people in Singapore, Germany and the USA. So how CPV present those announcement updates will determine how bullish they are, mabe just a bit, and mabe a real Lot...

Also the G20 summit, Trump trade deals with China etc, all that is what the Market wants to hear about. the General market wants to hear that Trump and China are both happy with their meetings and also I expect China to announce QE boosts to super boost their economy to kick on. All this does is settle the markets and bring the Volume back for investors to want to get back into Stocks, Bull market back on etc.. So this is what Im expecting to come from the G20 in a weeks time.

Singapore Building Approval Standards should be soon, Also USA Building Standards Appoval early in 2019 , so only 2 - 3 months away for US approval. And that is GOLD if you ask me.

IMO its best to be thinking it could be sideways for another month, but IMO it could start moving very soon, like once the G20 is over next week. They will no doubt be talking renuables etc as well as boosting subsidy for renuables and how bad the Climate change is bla bla.. California Fires because of too much coal fired electricity etc. So they need more renuable energy , most likley will be a big part of the G20.

So boost to economy, boost to renuables, Quantitive easing, lending regulations reduced, open china to US Financial banks etc, Trade deals etc etc. So once all those Jeanies get let out of the Bottle, IMO it will be back to Bull markets on steroids pumping for a 2020 peak.
