Yes, there are clearly many great things about SFX, but I believe Peppie's cynical view has some validity.
The company already has a market cap of nearly 300 million bucks (despite not even being close to production), perhaps in a few years it'll be a billion dollars and you'll all be very happy, but there is so much that needs to go SFXs way for that to occur. Will be interesting to see it unfold in the coming years.
