This company is very tightly held by management, a couple of funds and a few private investors. No doubt someone out there will look to build a stake but any t/o won't proceed without a very large premium.
IMO the investors above all will see the life of mine and prospects for future discoveries.
I can't see why they would sell out at the current speculated prices or premiums.
