yeh thanks mate, my wife got me onto the freeze spray and the cream straight away, she said i'd been taking them out wrong and that is why it's gotten so bad. i must admit, i just use my fingers. the one that tipped me over the edge was on my hand, it was so easy to remove and i really don't think it had been there long, it wasn't even itchy. she said i probably squeezed the toxin in even more. she also showed me a website telling me that i might develop a meat allergy too now. i think she must hate me, showing me this stuff. it's bad enough feeling trapped inside the house, if i have to stop eating meat too then i'm going to just throw the towel in.
