so cheap. eats nothing into the kitty. compliance acquisition in my opinion. that combined withe clarity in the ann about them looking for further projects makes me think there is more coming. Only question is timing. MW certainly takes his time, but in the end his deals are well structured and deliver good returns for investors. And its getting cheap again. Might take another bite...
