Lets face some facts,does anyone think bru were reluctant purchasers of bopls's share?
I dont think oxx's 10 percent is enough of a blocking stake in OBL.
IMHO if they wanted to go hostile they could.
Even the hare occasionally looks at what the hounds are doing,its purely animal nature.
If they dont go now,at some juncture down the road,its gunna cost a lot more,and will probably be an all script deal,with no cash changing hands.
I like our position with some SP Accretive announcements due shortly.

I hear what your saying newregime re bru,thats their problem,they assumed conformity of the formation and came a cropper.

As you pointed out yesterday,with OBL somewhat jumping the gun and getting in early with the seismic puts us in good stead going forward IMHO.
Don't want to beat it to death,but Id rather pay overs in salary's for results than the only other option.
