What I find annoying is that a very similar thing happened at Coho Energy years earlier with the same people involved. It was all very predictable, yet so many, investors, and professionals failed to do a simple check on past records of the directors. Everybody should have run a mile... But people believed the graphs, projections and valuations. I too thought this was a potential investment opportunity... The more I dug, the more it stank.
One should keep in mind that if a director makes false statements to the ASX they could be personally liable..
I find it difficult to reconcile the gas flows announced with the official production records.
If you invested based on these gas flows and they are proven to be inaccurate, you would probably have grounds for a class action
