    @Dicebat, here are questions for Kate from a poor bloke in Brisbane. Some of the questions she may not answer directly as it may be “inappropriate” to talk about tenders before signing. But you can still note her body language or facial expression.

    Queensland: ALC's biggest sell in last 10 months was $12 million QLD deal to implement 3rd party product. When ALC will sell its own products (Miya, Patientrack, Smartpage) to QLD hospitals?

    Takeover: Have you been informally approached yet by any larger company for a takeover? Has this been ever discussed in top management meeting about how ALC will handle a very lucrative offer in near future from a Tech giant?

    Tenders: Is there other tenders in the pipeline that Alcidion submitted and received preferred vendor notice but deal has not signed yet?

    Cross Selling: For cross selling, do we still need to go through tender process or can be done through working relationships? Are you expecting a significant increase in cross selling next FY?

    Future revenue and cash reserve: In your foresight, what will be revenue for FY20 and FY21? Just rough figures, this includes deals that has been signed already and deals that hasn't been signed yet. What will be the expected cash reserve at the end of next two FY through normal business activities?

    Blue Sky: We understood BLA is waiting for right price to exit. Can you share with us, what sort of price they’ll consider and can we as loyal shareholders participate? Will management team including yourself, participate in share buyback?

    M&A: You mentioned to investors in Sydney, no acquisition in near term. We understood from you presentation, merged company followed 4 pillar approach for present Financial year, so

    a. When it will be appropriate to think about entry North American market through M&A with a similar company?
    b. When you intend to enter European, Singapore and Chinese markets?
    c. Can you give some example of 3rd parties you are happy to work with in order to enable new capabilities?

    Research platform: “patient data at scale could make ALC a highly regarded research platform for major medical / pharma players.” Have you been approached by any such player or worldwide Universities yet to use ALC platform for research purpose? If someone approach for research and education purpose, will you consider this as an opportunity to promote our products? What are the likelihood of our products getting cloned once they are shared for educational and research purposes?

    FHIR standard: How long do you think it will take for other competitors to re-engineer their software to FHIR integration/interoperability standard? Until they successfully re-engineer their products, do you think it’s a great opportunity for Alcidion as (i) NHS planed for digitalization of all its hospital records (ii) UK governing bodies for health mandated FHIR in February? Is that mean until other companies upgrade their software to FHIR standard, ALC will continue to win all tenders in UK?

    Humour: Why do you ignored investors from Brisbane this year even though the largest contact ALC won this FY is from QLD? And why this discrimination always, only water has been served to our best buddy @composer in Adelaide and lunch provided to investors in Sydney and Melbourne?
