Keith you're probably close to what its about. UK takeover rules would allow effective takeover without an all-out offer as required in Aust. Sheeran carrying on about UK domicile being more attractive for potential capital raising than Aust is just plain cr@p, do BHP-Billiton, Aquarius Platinum and a host of others have any problems with Aust domicile? Sheeran's just never gotten over everyone eventually seeing through him in Aust. The only thing Australian to cause offence is the 2 ex-pat board members and I suspect they;ll soon find they've done their dash with UK investment community such that the US will be their only alternative for another try-on.

Perhaps they'll use the acumulated losses in the Aust subsidiary against a resource project - why not acquire Talkie Newton's tin assets and go again?!
