Good question, lots of hoops to jump through I think. Minimum standards have to be reached to get listed on the main board of the SGX.

From what I can find out the following are some of the basic requirements they (SGX) look at, M/C, shareholding spread, operating track record and continuity of management. In effect lots of due diligence going on.
