I am aware of minimum pricing thanks LR. The options are up, horizontal or down following consolidation. I haven't got an in depth understanding on how far things are from the turn around that shareholders need. However, with small companies such as this which require capex, paying directors in shares can be a way of helping to preserve that capital. All capital comes at a cost of course and is rarely painless in those instances. Therefore, I don't see that as a problem per se. I am often much more concerned when directors hold no shares and further dilute shareholders interests to maintain large salaries without performance or adequate cash flow.
You don't sound very hopeful about future prospects here. I see that there are a few irons in the fire. However, I don't have much of a gauge on how far these are from fruition and what arrangements will be made to maintain cash flow in the meantime.
