While all that has been discussed is true to certain extent. There is also an increasing trend of retirees downsizing and living in a lifestyle like community. For the old timers, their real estate value will make up for the relatively low super balance since compulsory SG came out in 92. The general trend is to transition towards retirement via part time work and there is a large market for people that want to pay upfront fees to live in lifestyle resorts that will be funded by selling their homes, super and part time work.Regardless, we are a tiny player and any share of a relatively large market will help us rerate. For the current share price and the potential expansion opportunities, swift is a bargain.
