Many oldies that aren't in retirement homes yet will be tech savvy and there's a larger slightly younger population of elderly people entering retirement homes that will need constant stimulus. Having a solid selection of entertainment will be a huge value added proposition for these people and one of the first things they think about.

The main reason I'm in this is because of managements track record, even if they struggle in the aforementioned markets I have confidence there's still huge potential growth regardless.
