Not I Tom. I am basing my conclusions on the fact that it has been stated a number of times that the application for scientific opinion has been "withdrawn". Not suspended. It would seem to follow that if an application has been withdrawn that a fresh application would need to be lodged at a later date. Hope I'm wrong!
