Its still a bit hazy as to how many OXX script will need to be doled out to PKO holders. Currently it would be 1 OXX share for about every 25 PKO shares, that would be about 28 mil OXX shares, roughly, I think.
PKO's South Block A in North Sumatra is a good project, OXX will fund it 2014 if deal goes thru.
Deal looks messy to me, but OXX holders will get any upside from former PKO projects.
