Definately some interest within the industry for Matuku. Both Proactive and Rigzone have good articles in Matuku and when you realise that its only 12 months since OMV farmed in yet they have a rig on site and plans to drill Matuku 2 (around March 2014 I'm led to believe) and you get a sense how confident they are that this will come in. There are 3 prospective levels of interest and given the seismic connections to the 3 adjacent producing fields (Tui, Maui and Maari) no one can claim they are flying blind. Will be interesting to see if this does a run up in the next fortnight, 45 day drill to TD so plenty of time. Heres hoping for a nice Xmas present.
