mobilicon israel was already up and running for years before the ipo with investments from these institutions but they did not have a chance to liquidate their share prior to ipo. I read somewhere they contributed total 11mil usd ish? In which case at the ipo price they would still be selling for a profit (after some math). this is the most likely explanation given share price has been steadily going down from the get go of ipo. Probably automated selling and does not factor in how the story has changed significantly with skyhopper - before skyhopper mobilicom did not hv even a fraction of the scalability potential. And they probably do not care about the story anyhow- just meeting their own targets/agendas
