The fire sell of Pantom project only indicate one thing that PLA management doesn't beleive they are in positive cash flow anytime soon...mean Smokey will continue to be an op black hole therefore they are trying to prepare for that to avoid to hit the market with another cap raising which they know will be punished harder by the market IMO.
