Too many factor that need time to workout a suitable share price. As an example (not cross promotingteh stock but simply how I calculate value), here is an example of what can be used to calculate the potential value of a share.

I have not gone to this level of detail to analyse this stock, but my experience has allowed me to take a brief look at the numbers and based on ALL technicals this stock is HIGHLY undervalued. I based this on:
1. Current MC is 16mil
2. Last half yearly report which show that Tangible assets far exceed liabilities so therefore no issues with cash in the short term - 18mil Net assets
3. Upcoming projects to ensure that the business will be operational cash flow positive which it seems it will be.

So currently we have a business with a negative EV!

So considering that a shell usually has an enterprise value (EV = MC - Cash + Debt) of around 5mil, The MC of this company should be to me a minimum of say 21mil (share price of around 3c) as it stands now... but this is an established business that has a good chance of making a few million (lets say 2mil profit), I would therefore put an EV on it closer to 30mil so I reckon a share price of 4.5 to 5c is not out of the question in next 6 - 9 months.

I have not had time to digest all in regards to this stock.. @Michaeljob kindly pointed me towards it a while ago and asked for my thoughts... took a quick look at it and thought this is a no brainer and bought up immediately at 2.1... I cannot see myself exiting anytime soon at this stage. The next lot of reports to be released in Feb and want to see how they are travelling financially from that big contract awarded in March 2017.
