Further to your second para its worth taking into consideration A Ellison was MD/CEO (or similar) of Forge Group and was out well prior to the 'issues' Forge had.
He and the other incoming Centrals directors paid circa 10c if i recall correctly when Centrals rolled into RDG and from what I can see they control circa 40% of the company.
