Believe CDD's problems are due to change of management and not being able to continue large scale acquisitions.
CDD management are finally facing up to industry issues addressed by COF and WOR over the previous few years.
CDD also have a lot of intangible assets on Balance Sheet, Goodwill due to acquisitions is approximately $750million. COF wrote off most goodwill from acquisitions a long time ago.
CDD is going to have further issues, hopefully COF will not be inflicted from the tailwinds (or opportunity to buy more).
