Hello Malta, I have to admit you have lost me with your words:-
"The average annual growth rate in earnings for the past 6 years is negative"
Sorry if I appear a bit slow but from what I understand for the last 6 years the losses incurred in the development of the company have each year reduced until this last year when CST turned their maiden profit.
Yes if you take all the losses (earnings?) for the last 6 years and average them out you certainly will get a negative figure but I can't see the relevance of that going forward?
The company has progressed each year to the stage it is now profitable and has a very promising future ahead of it, I guess in your terms you mean we, as investors, should be looking backwards not forwards?
Now I am confused.
