The question now is, what do ASI value more? Hawsons as an asset or being able to partner with Nick and progress the project as a team? If they want Hawsons to run how they want it to they will most likely now have to buy out the company. Personally I think its unlikely that they would value working with Nick more than the asset itself. We're talking a project with an NPV of $3.2B after all! Not the last we've seen of ASI in my opinion; they won't roll over quietly.
