thanks for that. Interesting reading. My comment would be that many doctors are ill-suited to the corporate model, and will react viscerally against it in virtually any circumstance. Asking for productivity growth YoY would hardly get you labelled a blood sucker in say, a hairdressing salon, or newsagent.
Again, staff turnover rates would be interesting. Has anyone dug through the data?
