But .....don't worry .... he's got his modelling, mandatory attendance at all premier openings, other general 'man/boy about town' appearances and multi multi million dollar endorsements etc which make up 99.99% of his mega income to console himself with.

Come to think of it - its surprising he actually had time to get up onto the blocks in the first place let alone fall off them early. Then there's the rumour that they scheduled the Olympics to fit in with Thorpies busy calender.

Maybe thats just it - he was just in a hurry to get to his next engagement!
