The only exception I see is if you get your hands on the newly issued shares in line with NTA. I am sure they will trade strongly for quite some time. So if you buy a small parcel on market today of $5k or something, and manage to pick up $100k in the new issue well that could work out for you. But I am not sure how we know how many shares you will be able to secure down the track. I guess people are punting on market now to get a lot of shares in the retail issue, seems like a bit of a gamble if you pay way overs on market now and don't manage to get many new shares in the retail issue.
