If you haven't realised that RXL is a career stock for management than ask yourself how many CEO out there can continue churning out potential drill/tenements/chasing hot commodity for so long without actually progress from a constant exploring status.
1.25+Bil shares on issue with a lengthy crowning of that all important seat, I actually applaud management for not diluting its holders to 'death'. The other even more appalling destruction of shareholder's wealth is Jim Mallone using chameleon tactic of name changing/merger and eventually ran the company into complete admin.
Ended up being demoted to a company secretary. Have a look at that stock and you see he probably jinxed it too....
