Robarton, much can be done . Firstly ring the company & see if the phone is connected & if so ask to speak to a director in order to get an update on what is happening in regards to the company . Secondly ring Perth Companies & ask to speak to someone about the status of the company . What is worth mentioning here , is the companies last information release to the market said it had signed an agreement regarding the new Zealand project & had secured 3 million dollars in funding . When I spoke to Mark Major he told me some of the 3 million had been drawn down & used by the company . It was not discussed who this financing company was - but he said it wasn't RIO. Much needs clarifying as I remember that people agued with me that the company was in great shape as it had accessed 3 million - but what happened to it . As share holders & therefore part owners in the company , we are entitled to know the true state of financial affairs- up until the company is placed under the care of administrators .
