this capital raising was the last hurdle for MOO before they could begin production. They will use the funds to build the infrustructure...everything else is in place.
They have the mining license, offtake agreements, BFS has been completed, EIA completed etc.
MOO announced recently that they will be in production by quarter 1 07.
