I tend to agree with you Maya.

If you still hold and start a class action or similar, you're only going to further erode the value of the company through the litigation process.
This inturn obviously reduces the value of your share holding.

I guess if you have sold then you no longer have a vested interest in the company and this maybe how it could be viewed by the courts

Of course the main reason for not pursuing it is that you will more than likely end up losing sleep, wasting valuable energy & resources and have a little or no chance of winning.

Caveat emptor - buyer beware

Make a submission to the regulators as Esh and others have alluded to, but from what I've seen over the years they're pretty hopeless so be prepared to be disappointed.

I still hold in the belief that there will be better days
