I understand, that holders are upset, very poor results, but this naturally happens a lot with spec stocks.
What I don't get, what the management supposed to gain if they deliberately mislead the shareholders?
Absolutely nothing.
So the disappointed holders can scream blue murder, but I do not think they have a case against the company.
Losing money always hurts , but try to cope with dignity.
