As NMT are not a substantial holder, it means less than 5% of the company.
Say they had 4% (I don't know the real number), then they would have bought ~15M shares which would have cost at 2c/sh a total of $300K, so realistically only a very small investment for them.
Who knows they may have been sellers yesterday, as they hold less than 5% and don't have to notify the market of what they are doing with shares here unless they buy more than 5%.
