As mentioned I think the first thing to do is to find a lawyer prepared to bring a complaint to ASX on behalf of anyone interested to be involved. Trying to win a case on the possibility of misleading information in announcements is going to be very difficult IMO.

What we need to do is push the regulators to investigate. If we can't get them behind us forget about it, civil action is far too time consuming and risky, believe me I've been there and against bigger fish than these. The regulators are equipped to take on actions if they can find reasonable grounds. I think that's the first thing to do if we don't see any action by ASX on this next week.

Let's reconvene towards the end of next week. Nothings going to happen quickly in any case. Esh
