As I said before I haven't sold my stock here, the other prospects could be fantastic for all I know, but it won't stop me from trying to get answers as to what happened with the release of those assay results. This is not about the prospect this is about the corporations law and whether or not someone (we don't know who) has breached it in a criminal way. First port of call is to try and get the company to tell us when they first came into possession of the results so we know how long the market traded while the company was in possession of the market sensitive information. Second thing is to determine if the trading from that date would be considered out of the ordinary and if so why and who was involved. The only people with a chance of getting these questions answered are ASX and ASIC but without complaint they may not consider it important to act. Hopefully they do and we will see some action on this front next week via letter asking for explanation, if not I'll be trying to locate a suitable lawyer to assist with my complaint to ASX. Esh
