CD was a member of the vendor group and retains a cross (self) interest in Apollo. He's a newly appointment director of ESR so the current outcomes are hard to place on him.

The other directors are the ones you need to quiz. Did they perform their fiduciary duties, especially given they are suppose to be independent directors? One has already exited stage right. I wouldn't be surprised to see the others follow soon enough and it becomes a full reverse takeover. Probably a good thing, but then the question of independence becomes a really issue when cross self interest at the board and senior executive levels come into play.

Tenement underspend on the more promising leases also worries me. All subject to applications for exemption, but that's relying upon company personal without any conflicts of interest doing the right thing. Not an accusation by any means, but a risk nevertheless.
