Maybe it is like one of those good old-fashioned capital raisings, where people who contribute to the company coffers should end up with a profit for doing so. So many raisings these days just end up at the raising price- or lower- and people feel ripped off for putting their money in. It's nice to see one that works like it should, and people feel good about the company.
