'Also on Wednesday, the FDA's Circulatory System Devices Panel will vote on whether to recommend FDA approval for the HeartWare Ventricular Assist System (HVAS), an implantable ventricular assist device. The device is the first of its kind that doesn't require the creation of an abdominal pump pocket.'

This is from the Washington Watch's medical page. Does this mean the panels vote is the final process and approval to market is right on our doorstep? Sounds like it so could be the start of a significant re-rating!!
