    But legal action only applies to shares bought between June through to October 2014....most people here would've been ripped off before that date.
    The letter I just received from TEXAS has no date but assume it relates to the 6march class action.
    Bluenrgy shares appear to be trading at 50c in the Us...
    so we're not broke.
