    OMG !!

This looks like a horrible mess for BOS.

"Following the resignation of the first set of directors, the US biopharmaceutical deal fell through leaving Empire with control of Biosignal through its majority of the board despite holding only 9.2 percent of the company."

Not sure how this could happen, but looks very shonky, especially with the directors resigning on advice from Empire.

I have yet to fully understand this, but reads like Chimaera Capital, Chemventures and Empire Investments are related or acting in concert. This posting leads me to question whether the US biopharmaceutical deal was even real, or was it instead a lure for BOS to seek capital from Chemventure/Empire leading to their control of BOS.

and why would Empire want BOS? one would have to presume they didn't gain control accidently in financing the failed merger.

I am thinking that the patents and IP of BOS are now more under the control of Empire than the developers and founders of the company. Empire might be inclined to provide the IP for sale on easier terms than the oustered directors. If not for the patents, then what?

The poor founders of BOS have taken a fall. This is all such a murky and a miserable state of affairs.

An excellent, informative and shattering post THUNDER. Many thanks.
