That's the problem with PRE, it announces great results of what's below the surface and the potential continues to grow but it hasn’t to date stated how they will extract the results from the ground.
Only when they do that will the share price really move in a positive fashion.
Until a decent announcement with a 3-5 year plan is made, PRE will potter around where it's at now (IMHO).
