    I think the second wing will grow with a jorc'd kelly.

    The rocket will come with a mining operation.

    A Jorc'd resource of 500k = MC 58million (peer value)

    IMO PRE will trade at a discount to that until the mining operation is announced, upon which it wil be at a premium.
